Ukraine, Zelensky to China: “We haven’t seen any peace plan, let’s meet”

“Russia has chosen the path of the assassin. We have passed many tests and we will win”

Ukrainian authorities have not seen any peace plans presented by China, but would welcome a meeting with Chinese officials. This was stated by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky during a joint press conference with Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez in Kiev. “We would like to meet China,” Zelensky said on the eve of the anniversary of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.

On Telegram, the Ukrainian president published some images of the war. “Tens, hundreds of thousands of photos that leave deep scars in the heart and soul – wrote Zelensky – They remind us of the path we took from February to February. It must be in our DNA. We didn’t give up, we passed many tests and we will win”.

Reiterating that “those who brought this evil, this war to our land” will be held accountable, the Ukrainian president underlined that “Russia has chosen the path of the murderer, the terrorist, the torturer and the looter. This is the Russia’s choice of state and there will be state responsibility for the terror committed”.
