Universities, companies at Luiss Career Day 2023 rise to 220

professional studies who this year have responded to the appeal of Career Day 2023 of theLuiss ‘Guido Carli’ University of Rome. Luiss’ goal with the two days of meetings between employers and students is to open the doors to the world of Finance, Consulting, Corporate and Legal to its graduates, undergraduates and Alumni of the University and today, at the Campus in Viale Romania, it concludes with numbers the XXVIIth edition exceeded expectations. To date, in fact, the players present at the Luiss Career Day have risen to 220 for the 2023 edition from 103 present in 2021 and 144 in 2022.

“Future Id, identity of the future: this is the central theme of the new edition of Luiss Career Day” articulated the general manager of Luiss, Giovanni Lo Storto. According to the Luiss Career Service, the professional areas for which there is a greater number of job offers for young people are currently linked to the sectors of Administration, Finance and Control, Human Resources, Data Science and Marketing. Interviewed by Adnkronos, Andrea Parisi, 20, a student of Economics and Business at Luiss, underlined that “Career Day is very important for job opportunities”. “I’m very interested in offers from companies, all kind, open to discussions” and “in my opinion it’s worth studying and trying to become a talent” underlines the young Luiss student.

Speaking again on the two days of Career Day, the general manager of Luiss Lo Storto noted that the objective of Luiss “is to train the professionals of tomorrow, talents ready to deal with a constantly evolving world of work, increasingly characterized by innovation, digitization and a growing use of artificial intelligence”. “Future Id – Lo Storto also observed – therefore represents not only the identity that our male and female students will acquire in their professional career, but also the vision of an increasingly interconnected and dynamic world of work”.

Luiss’s strong link with the world of business, finance and law today translates into an employment rate of its graduates of 96% after one year from the title, which rises respectively to 97% and 98% after three and five years. years after graduation. The preparation of Luiss graduates, among the most sought after by national and international employers, is in fact one of the indicators that has allowed the University to grow significantly in the global ranking of the QS Ranking by Subject 2023.

For the first time, in fact, the Luiss University is 14th in the world for Political and International Studies and in the Top 50 also for Economics/Business and Law. To this result is added the one certified by the annual ranking of the Financial Times where the Free International University of Social Studies ranks among the first places in the world for the career progress of its graduates, among the hundred best Management programs.
