Viva! Festival unveils the exceptional program of the seventh edition: from 3 to 6 August the Apulian review will bring some of the most prestigious and futuristic sets and live shows on the international scene to Valle D’Itria, summarizing all the best that can be found in the contemporary music of quality. Season tickets are available from today for the four days of the festival with a line up of extraordinary protagonists: the sophisticated and dreamy electronica of the English BONOBOthe live performance of one of Canada’s most esteemed electronic artists CARIBOU (which will be on the stage of the Circolo Magnolia in Milan on July 13 for the Milanese preview of the festival), the legendary duo TALIB KWELI and MADLIB, exclusively for Italy, icons of the world hip hop scene, the historic British funk group active since the 70s CYMANDE, at Viva! for the only Italian date, the eclectic dj champion of the dishes DANILO PLESSOW Also known as MOTOR CITY DRUM ENSEMBLEthe colorful creativity of the German DJ KOZE exclusively for Italythe French FOLAMOUR who revitalized disco with his unique sound, the pioneer of dubstep and one of the founders of the famous label Hyperdub KODE9the alternative rock of the Swedes LITTLE DRAGONthe rising star of the Los Angeles R’n’B avant-garde LIV.Ethe new promise of UK Jazz MARIA CHIARA ARGIRÒthe legend of Detroit MOODYMANNthe set of the multifaceted English disc jokey and producer MR SCRUFFthe jazz-funk made in Naples by PILGRIM & ZODYACO, the live set of the Milanese TURBOJAZZcontaminated by the influences of 70s soul and 80s funk boogie.

A programming of original shows that will animate one of the most fascinating areas of Southern Italy, the Valle d’Itria starting from the stage located in the enchanting Masseria Grofoleo in Locorotondo and on the magnificent beach of Cala Masciola which will be the setting for a concert at dawn on Sunday 6 August. The interweaving of ancient and modern, avant-garde and tradition, is the figure that has always distinguished the Apulian festival. VIVA! The Festival fits into a context with a unique identity, rich in culture and scenic and architectural beauties, whose different souls it celebrates and enhances by proposing a contemporary programming while maintaining a strong link with the roots and history of the territory. Over the years, the event has hosted the performances of some of the most significant artists of the international electronic and alternative scene, registering a great success with the public – both Italian and European – for one of the most interesting and eagerly awaited festivals on the peninsula.
